As CrossFit athletes we all know the invaluable and endless benefits that CrossFit gives us both inside and outside of the gym. How hard is it to answer the infamous question: “So, what is CrossFit?” When my family or friends ask me, I sputter out, “Constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity.” I usually quickly follow that up with, “You just have to come try it out, man!” I think the best way to understand what CrossFit is, is to be a part of it.
