Our Mission CrossFit SA team from the big kids gym, Drew Bignall and Ady Shea will all my competing in the 2012 Reebok South Central Regional this weekend at the Freeman Coliseum! This is huge for our athletes and they have been training all year for this. We want all of you to come out and support! You can purchase a ticket online!
